Early access Now inviting our first schools

Every school day,
woven together.

ClassLoom connects your office, teachers and parents on one record. Attendance, fees, homework, exams and notices, with a web admin and mobile apps built for Indian schools.

  • Parent and teacher apps
  • Your school's name and logo
  • English and Hindi

Why ClassLoom

Attendance in a register. Fees in a spreadsheet. Notices lost in a WhatsApp group. ClassLoom puts them on one student record, so when a teacher marks a child absent, the parent knows and the office sees it.

Parent app

Parents stop asking.
They can already see.

One app for every child, even with siblings in different classes. Parents sign in with their phone number, so there is no password to forget.

Teacher app

Less paperwork.
More teaching.

The whole day is in one place, starting with the next class. Attendance can be marked offline, because it can't wait for a signal.

Web admin

The whole school,
at a glance.

Your office runs the day from a browser. Your principal opens one page and sees how the school is doing, on a laptop or a phone.

Screens on this page are illustrative and use made-up data.

A day on ClassLoom

One action.
Everyone in the loop.

Something entered once reaches the people who need it, without anyone re-typing it or making a phone call.

  1. A teacher marks attendance

A few taps for the whole class, with or without a signal.

  2. A parent gets an alert

If a child is marked absent, the parent hears about it on their phone.

  3. The office sends a circular

To the whole school, one class or one role, and the office can see who has read it.

  4. A parent pays the term's fees

The money goes to the school's own account, the receipt is ready and the dues list updates.

  5. A teacher logs the lesson

What was taught, and the homework that parents can now see.

  6. The principal checks the day

Attendance, collections and students who need attention, all on one page.

Modules

Turn on what you use.
Leave out what you don't.

Each school sees only the modules it has chosen, so nobody has to work around screens they'll never need.

Made for your school

Your name on it.
Your money in your account.

Your school's identity

Parents see your logo, colours and name. A school that wants its own branded app can have one.

Fees go straight to you

Online payments use your school's own payment gateway account. ClassLoom never holds your money.

An easy move from paper

Import your student records in bulk, whether they're in registers, spreadsheets or older software.

English and Hindi

Parents can use the app in the language they're comfortable with.

Ready for patchy networks

Teachers can mark attendance offline, and it's saved once they're back online.

Each school's data kept apart

Every record belongs to one school, and people see only what their role allows.

Questions

Good to know

Is ClassLoom available now?

We're in early access and inviting our first schools. Email us and we'll show you the apps, tell you exactly what's ready and agree what a rollout at your school would look like.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your school's size and the modules you need. Tell us your approximate student count and we'll send you a quote.

Can we bring our existing student data?

Yes. Student records can be imported in bulk, so your office doesn't have to type them in again.

Do students get a login?

No. Only parents and staff use ClassLoom. Parents see everything about their child, so children aren't asked to sign in or use an app.

Do parents need to remember a password?

No. Parents and teachers sign in on their phones with their number and a one-time code.

Can parents with two children use one app?

Yes. Siblings are linked to one parent, who can switch between children in one tap.

Does ClassLoom work for CBSE schools?

CBSE is our starting point. Report card formats are set up as configuration, so other boards can follow. Tell us your board and we'll let you know.
